Hi, I’m Fela, founder and chef of Fela Cartagena.I don’t just serve Colombian food—I bring the warmth, flavours and hospitality of Cartagena to Melbourne. Every dish is prepared by me, one guest at a time, using traditional family recipes, fresh ingredients and the passion I’ve carried from my hometown.
Fela Cartagena is more than a place to eat. It’s a personalised dining experience where I cook, serve and connect with every guest, sharing the stories, music and culture that make Cartagena so special.
